Pharos Network Launches $10M+ RealFi Incubator with Dragon Draper, and Lightspeed

  • The initiative is meant to offer long-term assistance, allowing teams to establish viable companies while contributing to the expansion of Pharos’s on-chain financial ecosystem.
  • The incubator’s first recruiting drive will take out in Hong Kong, where Pharos will conduct its maiden cohort launch events.

Pharos Network, an inclusive financial Layer 1 blockchain built to host billions of dollars in real-world assets, today announced the start of Native to Pharos, a $10+ million builder incubator program targeted at speeding innovation throughout its on-chain financial ecosystem.

The Native to Pharos incubator is aimed to promote early-stage startups creating decentralized financial apps and infrastructure on the Pharos blockchain. Backed by $10+ million in investment and backed by partners like Hack VC, Draper Dragon, Lightspeed Faction and Centrifuge, the initiative targets startups working at the confluence of real-world assets, DeFi, and blockchain infrastructure.

Those that are selected into the incubator will have access to a network of investors and ecosystem partners, practical technical mentoring, and strategic advice for product launch and growing. Specifically, supplying builders with AI-driven resources to enhance productivity, giving developer-friendly tools that make integration straightforward and seamless. The initiative is meant to offer long-term assistance, allowing teams to establish viable companies while contributing to the expansion of Pharos’s on-chain financial ecosystem.

“Pharos is committed to building a thriving RealFi ecosystem and empowering builders who share our vision,” said Wish Wu, co-founder and CEO of Pharos. “The Pharos Incubator is designed as a full-spectrum partnership, offering mentorship, technical resources, go-to-market support, fundraising guidance, and access to financial and legal expertise. Our goal is to help teams succeed while fostering collaboration across the broader Pharos community.”

The incubator’s first recruiting drive will take out in Hong Kong, where Pharos will conduct its maiden cohort launch events. In conjunction with Web3Labs and Consensus, Pharos will participate in GWDC, Hong Kong’s first large-scale Web3 hackathon, as part of its builder outreach and ecosystem extension initiatives.

For its initial cohort, Pharos is selecting projects that may uniquely benefit from its basic architecture, including native deep parallel execution and a modular, compliance-aware design tailored for real-world assets. The initiative is currently recruiting companies building decentralized perpetual and spot exchanges, yield and vault infrastructure that includes tokenized RWAs, and prediction markets focusing on real-world outcomes.

Pharos hopes to draw developers creating high-performance financial apps that need scalable on-chain execution, low latency, and composability via the incubator. By uniting technical assistance, finance, and ecosystem access, the initiative is designed to speed the adoption of production-ready financial protocols on Pharos.

The Native to Pharos program is currently available for applications. Additional facts and application information are accessible at Pharos Website.

Pharos is an inclusive financial Layer 1 blockchain created for RealFi, where institutional-grade and real-world assets flow on-chain and remain composable with decentralized assets. The network combines modular design, deep parallel execution, and built-in compliance to provide real-time on-chain financing at scale. Hack VC, Faction VC, and other international conventional finance investors support Pharos, which was founded by Ant Group engineers and leadership.
