YZi Labs and CertiK Partner to Strengthen Security for EASY Residency Startups with $1M Audit Grants

  • By fostering relationships between CertiK and its fostered ventures, YZi Labs will help the projects get a deeper grasp of CertiK’s offerings.

YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs), a global investment vehicle supporting long-term Web3, AI, and Biotech founders, and CertiK, the largest Web3 security services provider in the world, have formed a strategic partnership to enhance the security architecture of participants in the “EASY Residency Incubation Program,” protecting their long-term development.

YZi Labs’ worldwide incubation program, EASY Residency, is intended to assist early-stage Web3, AI, and biotechnology entrepreneurs dedicated to long-term value generation.

According to the cooperation, CertiK will provide Skynet Boosting and AI scanning services, as well as a special $1 million auditing reward for YZi Labs’ EASY Residency participants. By fostering relationships between CertiK and its fostered ventures, YZi Labs will help the projects get a deeper grasp of CertiK’s offerings.

Ella Zhang, Head of YZi Labs, stated:

“Security is the foundation of long-term success, but for early-stage founders, it’s often a high-stakes distraction while they are still chasing Product-Market Fit. Think of it like building a skyscraper: founders should focus on the architecture and the vision, while CertiK acts as the structural engineers ensuring the frame is earthquake-proof.”

Professor Ronghui Gu, Co-Founder and CEO of CertiK, added:

“We believe that our collaboration with YZi Labs will significantly improve the security level of projects, providing necessary guarantees for their long-term development. This is not only related to the growth of projects but also to the health and sustainability of the entire Web3 ecosystem.”

With this strategic alliance, the Web3 sector is fundamentally moving from “pursuing speed” to “ensuring security.” The new security incubation model, which was developed in collaboration with financing and technology, is a blatant example of how important security is to fledgling businesses. The participation of YZi Labs is indicative of its investigation and improvement of incubation models and might establish a new security standard for the blockchain sector as a whole.

The biggest provider of Web3 security services, CertiK uses the best formal verification technology available to safeguard and keep an eye on smart contracts and blockchain protocols. Established in December 2017 by Yale and Columbia University academics, CertiK brings state-of-the-art academic discoveries to the industry, allowing mission-critical apps to grow safely and accurately.
